It took us 20 years to develop, test and validate our Leadership Challenge Model and it’s now ready for Top Leaders for quick and effective use with impressive results. We know that this high outcome is only possible for you in a Leadership Experience Centre.
The Centre is focussing on you as a leader open for new leadership skills and knowledge. You know that the key factors for your success are your soft skills like communication, social skills and habits. That is exactly where our Leadership Challenge Model is focusing on. Real life simulation

The centrepiece of our Leadership Experience Centre is the simulator hall. A real life working environment is created where you are 100% immersed in seconds. A 15 meter parabolic screen is part of that, together with offices, people, sounds, tablets and hand sets creating going on activities. The look and feel are real life for you as professional leader.
Sessions are built up around scenarios specific created for a wide variety of your personal leadership needs. More than 350 tested scenarios are available to design your individual sessions. They are always tailor-made delivered to meet your potentials for personal change.
Scenarios can be briefed or non-briefed with professional actors interfering. The scenarios are controlled from the control room where the outcomes are measured by observers. You reflect on your actions in feedback sessions. The actors and observers are highly experienced in feedback using scoring and observation systems grounded on a clear vision upon learning and development of leadership in our Leadership Challenge Model.

Making the difference

Our Leadership Challenge Model is based on world wide recognised leadership models. We adopted the concept of experiential learning that develop your knowledge and skills with high speed by actively processing new information and by undertaking actions. This creates an unique opportunity for a deep and critical reflection, stimulating transformational learning and innovative actions.


In our Leadership Experience Centre you can work on all relevant leadership issues like negotiations, engage/disengage, teamwork, but also vision, culture and strategy. And not only by talking about it but really by doing it. You can use all your power, imagination, knowledge and passion to discover exciting new ways of leadership.

You will be immersed in a high fidelity environment, experiencing all characteristics, complexities, interactions, communications and emotions. You are fully responsible for fulfilling the role of leader. After the sessions you are invited to describe, analyse and summarise your own thinking processes and behaviour. It will uncover mental frameworks and thought structures that guides your actions.

Tested worldwide

In 2000 the top 20 contractors in the Netherlands realised the world’s first Leadership Experience Centre for the construction industry (formerly called Building Management Simulation Centre, BMSC). It’s housed in the iconic Crystalic building in Leeuwarden, the Netherlands.
After the successful start the Charted Institute of Building CIOB promoted a similar facility for the British market that opened its doors in 2010. A purpose-designed building is housing the Centre as part of the Technology Park at Coventry, UK. Finally the Master Builders Association MBA in Australia created the third centre in 2012 just at the corner of the CBD of Melbourne. We are working now on more Leadership Experience Centres word-wide.
Since the start more than 35,000 trainees have used the Leadership Experience Centres with a very high level of satisfaction. In these 15 years the Leadership Challenge Model has changed from focussing on managing processes to leadership as the core business. The three Experience Centres are all created for the construction industry but the recently developed scenarios are not specific construction at all.
